Individual Tax

Most individuals and families will need to file a Form 1040 or one of its variants, and may need to file a number of related forms, schedules, and supporting documents. Form 1040 covers how much you made, tax deductions, and how much tax you owe on your personal income.
While this form is not very long, it can be difficult and time consuming for individuals to file correctly.
This is where we come in. We have years of experience helping individuals file there taxes correctly and maximizing their refunds.

Where's My Refund

The IRS issues 9 out of 10 refunds in less than 21 days, and the fastest way to get a refund is to e-file with direct deposit. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Paper return processing is slower than usual and IRS live phone assistance is extremely limited.
Check the status of your refund with the “Where’s My Refund?” tool on the IRS website by clicking below.

Business Tax

All businesses except partnerships must file an annual income tax return. Partnerships file an information return. The form to be used depends on how your business is organized.

Schedule C

Schedule C is used to report income or loss from a business you operated or a profession you practiced as a sole proprietor. An activity qualifies as a business if: Your primary purpose for engaging in the activity is for income or profit, and you are involved in the activity with continuity and regularity.

Independent Contractors

An individual is an independent contractor if the payer has the right to control or direct only the result of the work and not what will be done and how it will be done. The earnings of a person who is working as an independent contractor are subject to Self-Employment Tax.
