Livescan fingerprinting entails electronically capturing fingerprints using our state-of-the-art LiveScan device. Unlike traditional ink-and-roll methods, Livescan fingerprinting eliminates the need for ink or cards. Instead, your fingerprints are smoothly scanned as they are rolled across a glass plate. This modern approach ensures a quicker, cleaner, and more precise fingerprinting process.
Fingerprint card processing involves manually recording fingerprints on a designated card. Using traditional methods, ink is applied to the fingers, and impressions are transferred onto the card by rolling each finger. This classic approach, while effective, is generally slower and may involve messiness associated with ink. However, the fingerprint card method remains a widely accepted practice for capturing and documenting fingerprints in various identification processes.
The experience was great. They were courteous and accommodating. My test told me to show up 30 minutes early, but they aren’t there 30 minutes before they open, so if you have a test at opening don’t bother showing up 30 minutes early. Not a knock on the business, just saying.
